There is such a delight in this approach to coastal protection! The fact that it produces a lovely surfable wave as a side benefit is just great. Despite their reputation as beach bums ;-) surfers really care about the health of the ocean and will contribute to clean up and upkeep of surfing spots. More surfing spots will result in better coastal management.

As an Engineer and surfer, i might say this is just too good. I wish you all could come up to Brazil and some kind of partnership could go off.
